Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority takes pride in its achievements and the benefits delivered to all stakeholders and you can read about them in our 2010-11 Annual Report.

Some of the Foreshore Authority's performance highlights included:2010-11 Annual Report

  • generating $46.4 million in lease revenue in The Rocks, Darling Harbour and surrounds
  • securing the future of Sydney's convention, entertainment and exhibition facilities with the announcement of the new Sydney International Convention, Exhibition and Entertainment Precinct project
  • completing the second stage of community consultation for the Bays Precinct
  • completing a program to prepare Conservation Management Plans for all heritage-listed assets
  • investing $12.2 million on managing and conserving heritage and public spaces
  • welcoming 110,771 people to The Rocks Discovery Museum-the highest visitation yet
  • producing events in The Rocks and Darling Harbour attended by 1.52 million people*
  • supporting more than 30 major public events and community festivals in The Rocks and Darling Harbour.

In the year ahead the Authority will continue to perform its role as landowner and precinct manager of some of NSW's most significant assets, and will continue to deliver world-class events and place management services.
